Principal – Property Management

Ana leads Hauss Rentals with a focus on consistency, care and long-term performance. With a background in marketing and economics, she brings a considered and commercially informed approach to property management.
Her priority is simple. Protect the value of each investment and build stable, well-managed tenancies.

Ana believes strong property management comes from proactive oversight, clear communication and attention to detail at every stage. As a local resident and mother of three, she is closely connected to the western suburbs community and brings that perspective to every property she manages.

Tammy Hampton

Real Estate Agent

Tammy brings over 16 years of experience across sales, purchasing and investment property to the Hauss team. Her approach is grounded in market knowledge, consistency and a genuine commitment to her clients.

She is known for making the buying and selling process feel clear and manageable, guiding clients with confidence and practical advice at every stage.

With strong ties to the local community, Tammy brings both experience and a personable approach to every interaction.

Bridget Wendt

Business Manager

Bridget oversees the operational side of Hauss, ensuring every campaign and transaction runs smoothly behind the scenes.

With deep experience in real estate and a strong understanding of systems and process, she keeps the team aligned, organised and accountable.

Her role is to ensure nothing is missed and every detail is handled with care, supporting a consistent experience for every client.

Mackenzie Graham

Sales Associate

Mac grew up in Brisbane’s western suburbs and brings a strong local connection to his role within the Hauss sales team.

He supports the team across listings, buyer engagement and market research, combining local knowledge with a proactive and people-focused approach.

With a natural ability to connect with clients and a genuine interest in property, Mac brings energy and attention to detail to every interaction.

Gemma Cavanagh

Senior Property Manager

Gemma has several years’ experience in property management in Brisbane, bringing an exceptional level of service and knowledge to the Hauss Team.

Her attention to detail is second to none and she is truly passionate about helping landlords and tenants in their property journey.  She takes great care in what she does for others, which continues outside work where she has recently brought home a rescue cat that she loves dearly.

Yes. Hauss Realty manages sales and buying, while Hauss Rentals oversees property management and leasing. Both operate from the same office, allowing for a consistent and well-coordinated experience.
