Emma listened to the owner’s passionate desire to have a street view that enhanced the traditional workers cottage look yet an extension to the back that was innovative, modern and very edgy – something you would expect to see in Paddington.

Nothing has been left to chance and everything has been well planned and thought through.

The result is outstanding, with a crisp, clean classic look at the front combined with a modern twist featuring large picture windows opening to split level decks designed to maximise the use of light and space creating a generously proportioned family home.
