We are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about building a career in real estate sales. The role of the Sales Associate is to actively work alongside our principal to assist with growing our business and to continue to build a strong market presence.

As we are a boutique Real Estate Agency, we are looking for the person with the “right fit”. Most importantly, you need to be a “team player”, want to build a career in Real Estate and be prepared to go the extra mile for our clients.

A key requirement of the position is that you are available to work a full day Saturday, have your Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and a current Drivers Licence.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Database management of both existing vendors and buyers.
  • Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
  • Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections
  • Working with the Principal to follow up buyer callbacks and manage open homes.
  • Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
  • Assisting and learning from the lead agent with ad-hoc sales duties

About You:

  • A strong desire to build a career in Real Estate
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
  • Real Estate experience preferable but not essential
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
